MAINTENANCE

Your truck is a professional tool which has to be in spec to guarantee reliability and prompt delivery. We understand that downtime costs you money and most importantly time with your family, therefore regular scheduled maintenance with us will ensure that you spend more time where it matters.
ECM CALIBRATION
Your trucks engine relies on a central ECM unit which communicates and controls all aspects of your engines operations. When changing components such as injectors, EGR valves, and VGT controlled turbochargers the ECM has to be re-calibrated for the new components for them to operate as OEM manufacturers intended.
The ECM should also be updated with the latest manufacturer calibrations for efficiency both in power delivery and fuel economy.

TRUCK SERVICING
Regular truck service ensures that your rig performs as it was intended. Regular interval oil changes and grease ensures that the components last for their intended service life.

Every time that you service your truck with us a full inspection of the drive-line, exhaust, brake components, air lines and steering components is performed and a report is given to the owner or operator.

BRAKES & SUSPENSION
Brakes are a vital component of your rig, they allow you to safely maneuver on the road. Cracked shoes, drums, broken S-Cams, and chambers prevent your trucks brake system from functioning as intended, we offer a full range of brake services and components, even disk brake upgrades.
The suspension of your truck works very hard to ensure maximum performance during breaking, accelerating, and turning. The suspension relies on proper alignment to ensure straight line breaking and true straight line cruising. The alignment is also responsible for tire wear and safety of the operator and other cars on the road.

Tip: To ensure the maximum life of your tires and other steering components make sure that upon any work to the front or rear end an alignment is performed.
