MECHANICAL PROBLEMS
Brakes, king pin service, shocks & Springs, exhaust, drive-line, laser alignment, wheel balancing, slack adjusters, air brakes, valves, A/C service, DPF, ABS, and all other mechanical issues that can occur during the lifetime of a tractor trailer.

ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS
Non working switches, indicator lamps, horn malfunctions, broken wires, circuits, A/C, electrical fault tracing from the ECM, road speed sensors, DPF sensors, transmission wiring, and full diagnostic / tracing of electrical faults through the full wiring harness front to back.

ENGINE REPAIRS
Full rebuilds, head services, turbocharger, EGR, radiators, intercoolers, compressors, injectors, front cover, oil pan, jbrake, cams, pistons, rods, valves, fuel system, and all other necessary repairs to all makes and models of diesel engines.

TRANSMISSION AND CLUTCH REPAIRS
Removal and install or all brands of transmissions, diagnostic and repair of transmission components, transmission rebuild, clutch adjustment, clutch replacement, flywheel services, autoshift transmission service.

COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC AND RE-CALIBRATION
Diagnostic of engine and transmission faults using up to date software and hardware, tracing of faults, speed limit set, component replacement, *horsepower increase, *MPG increase, *re-calibration of ECM software.
*Cummins engines, and some Detroit Diesel models.

BODY REPAIRS
Replace damaged components, including but not limited to; headlamps, front bumper, fairings, door latches, and fifth wheel. Also fibreglass and hood repair.
